From 2017 to 2022, Bantam collaborated to transform the face of CVCH, a cornerstone community healthcare provider in North Central Washington. CVCH had teams of talented, highly engaged staff and providers in place, and for years had made significant capital investments in top-tier facilities. As an organization, they were serving more individuals and families with higher income levels, including a growing portion of people with private insurance.
CVCH did not want to distance themselves from their core identity as providers of high quality healthcare for underserved populations, nor substantially change their long-held heart icon. The resulting brand was a clean, crisp refresh that reflected CVCH’s standing as a respected integrated care provider, and positively impacted key metrics, including patient visits and provider recruitment.
Among its many growth objectives, CVCH was focused on recruitment of top-quality providers, as well as bringing two independent midwifery and pediatrics practices under their organizational umbrella. Bantam delivered annual reports that accurately reflected CVCH’s high levels of credibility and professionalism, and helped assure new partners and providers of CVCH’s focused, modern, and warm company culture.
After two years of effective, long-format annual reports, CVCH found itself on the front lines of pandemic response. Bantam created a unique, single-page annual report format that could either be folded and physically distributed, or easily scrolled in digital format. The result was succinct and visually impactful, and helped to keep CVCH on-brand and in reporting compliance during challenging times.
