Ravenwing Ranch

Building a riverfront life on the banks of the Columbia.

Located just outside of Wenatchee, WA, Ravenwing Ranch is a rare 640-acre residential property on the banks of the Columbia River. Over a period of several years, Developer Rob Hubbard established the exceptional infrastructure, guidelines and partnerships necessary to market the property in a manner fitting its rugged, high desert beauty and prime riverfront location.

In late 2019, Ravenwing approached Bantam to initiate a multi-year brand initiative. The target was specific, and right in Bantam’s wheelhouse: attract highly qualified buyers with a commitment to Northwest modern architecture, sustainability and stewardship.

The primary brand and residential sub-brand sit comfortably alongside one another, each featuring bold silhouettes and a classically modern ranch vibe. Bantam scoped and designed fully custom property signage to carry the Ravenwing brand throughout the grounds.
Ravenwing attracts discerning buyers who often report a palpable emotional connection when touring the property. A carefully-crafted website captures the essence of this experience, and the Ravenwing brand—luxury real estate rooted in genuine regard for the land.
Handsketched illustrations lend a naturalist and architectural feel to the website, master plan and phase maps, with an RWR monogram adding depth to the Ravenwing brand identity.
In collaboration with trusted photographers, Bantam has facilitated and directed numerous shoots at Ravenwing to create beautiful, on-brand imagery for social and blog content, advertising, model home listings, and architectural renderings.
